Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

correct way to petition family by new immigrant

I'm from California & just received my permanent green card. HOW can I petition my unmarried children (aged 24-26) to join me soonest & be qualified to find work here? How soon will the petition be approved & how much should I earn to show proof of ability to support them?

How soon it will be depends on which country you are from. There is a huge waiting for people from china, india, mexico & phillipines. If they have bachelor's degree you can find an employer for them to be sponsored for H1b visa. That way they can come lot sooner. Or else, it could be years.
