Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I've "cosigned" for my son's wife who is currently in the US on a work visa. They havent been together for a year yet and are looking to divorce. How should I protect myself?
I feel like I was doubted!

What did you co-sign for?
Was it an Affidavit of Support for your daughter in law's adjustment of status ("greencard") case?
If so, then I would need to know if she has received/been approved for her conditional residence, or if the application is still pending.
