Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my dad just got his green card of USA, he currently is in China, and when he applied for his, he also filed me as his daughter because im under 21 and unmarried. my interview date is coming up, i have been studying in the states for 7 years now, im going back to China soon for the green card interview. I was just wondering what is the percentage of me being rejected to obtain the green card? and what would be the reason?

The main reasons people in your situation might be rejected would be because they have committed certain crimes or if there is any suspicion of fraud. As an immediate relative who is under 21 you are in a very good position. That being said there are never any guarantees. Good luck.
