Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

my dad and I moved here in california as an immigrant. If my dad got deported or sent back to my country am i gonna send back too eventhought im already 18?

If you immigrated with your father then that means that your status is legal, and if your father is deported for some reason then it should not affect your legal status.

You should not automatically be deported even if both you and your father are illegal.
