Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My daughter is 17 years old and she was abused sexually 2 years ago. Mytherapist told me that she can get legal help because of that. My question is how? Where do I have to go or ask? I've been told about Victims of Crime, but I'm not so convinced about that. I would really appreciate it if you can help me out. Thank you.

Unfortunately, this is not an Immigration question. Your therapist should be able to provide you with references to State & Local programs for victims assistance. Otherwise, I would search online for county services in your area, including Social Services. Good luck to you both.
If your daughter is an undocumented alien, we suggest you to consult with an immigration attorney to discuss any options she might have ASAP.
