Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I was denied my US Citizen ship by homeland security back in 2009 due to couple of domestic violence caseses 1st case was back in 1994.

2nd case back in 2002 on this case I was summons to court under suspision or posibility of such, though I did not commited the crime because of my prior and not hirring a private attornewy I faught the case with a public defender, the plubic defendre recomended it was best not to faight the case and just plead to guilty and take the deal the court offert, not knowing any better I did, only to find out later, not fighting the case was going to prevent me from becomming a US Citizen, how ever I was told by the home land security officer I still had a chance to hired and attorney and to clear the cases and I could become a US Citizen.

I consulted with an attorney and I was told yes it was true I could becaome a US Citizen but it was going to cost me 3000.00 dollars, since I had no money, I could not hire the atoorney, I was married and my wife was not leagal in the country, due to the economy we had financial problems and things got bad, she found out about the lwaw which protects ilegal people under domestiv vilence and knowing of my past domestiv violence situatuion she did me wrong and got me in trouble malisiasly she pland the whole thing and on 01/2011 she had me arrested for domestic vileolence, this time I hire a private attorney he told me not to go to trial because of my past cases I was going to loose and be deported towards the end he did me wrong and took my money I had to get a new attorney, this attorney recomended what the first attorney suggested to take the offert by the court to avoid going to yeil and be deported so I plead gulty.

My question is I have now three domestic violence cases which equals to an automatic deportation, how ever, the 1st case is not in the record archives and its before the law changed or come into afect where having three cases I would automaticly be deported, I want to know can I still fight this and at least stay in the country as legal resident or will this be an automatic deportation,

Last but not least I like to be recomended to a good attorney for this case thats is only if I still have achance to fight this and hold on to my residency.
