Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i am on dependent visas of my wife e.g. F2 status , been in America for the last 4 years and she is seeking divorce . what will be my status after divorce ? what should i do to save my status ?

You will lose your legal status as F-2 once you are divorced. You cannot save your F-2status. You would need to be eligible to change your status to another category, such as F-1 student, B-2 visitor, etc., prior to your current status terminating.
