after being deported can someone come back to the us
my mom was deported 7 years ago. is there any way for her to legally come back to america. i was really desperate to know because i am having my first child and wanted to have my mom present. please help me.

If you are a U.S. Citizen, you may file a petition to bring your mother to the U.S. However, because of her deportation, you will also need to file a waiver of the grounds of excludability. If the "waiver" is approved, she will be able to come back to the U.S.
