Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i would like to know if i got deported twice and go back to the states and marrie my girl that i have a kid with and on top of that ive been in the states sense two years old do i still have a chance for my normal life again

Sounds like you have the permanent bar against you under 212(a)(9)(C). If you are removed twice and reenter before 10 years is up, you are permanently barred from reentering the country for 10 years. There is no waiver for this bar. Please feel free to contact me to discuss this matter further.
