can you get deported if you get caught working with no permission my dad is an immigrant and hes boss send him to work to a house his boss is legal my dad is not and the police let him go but he has court now in 2 months can my dad get deported back to mexico?

I think you answered your own question when you said your dad is illegal. He needs a lawyer to analyze his options.

He could get deported, so he should find a legal aid office that can assist him, or a private immigration attorney who can represent him at his Removal Hearing.
