Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I was deported with with a feloney for ten years five years ago.
I have four children born in the U.S and my partner is an american resident.
My question is what could i do to enter the U.S again legally?

Once you remain outside the U.S. for the mandated period of time, you could only be petitioned by your U.S. citizen children if they are over the age of 21, or by a U.S. citizen spouse. Even then, a waiver of inadmissibility might be required, if you are even eligible for one.
Therefore, this could be a very complicated case, which I would recommend obtaining legal representation for, when the time comes.
