Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
i was deported for the possession and sales of marijuana i entered the USA when i was 6 until i was 22 years old my mother and father are USA citizens my brothers are also citizens i wanted to see if there is anyway my mother or father can petition back for me if there is please let me know

If you were previously deported due to such crime, you might need a special permission with the waiver, even you have an approved petition from your parents. The attorney would need to check your criminal record first.

I'd have to check the rules on derivative citizenship based on date of birth and when parents got their citizenship.There might be some relief, but without more good input, I can't know.
