Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i was deported from the us in the year 2000. i was cought by the lapd and had a warrant of grand teft statue p487a after the court judgement i was then sent to the immigration where i was granted bail for 10,000 usd at that time i could not afford to pay so i was deported. now my question is if i can apply for a tourist visa b-1 b-2 and what are the chances of getting the visa and if i shall face problems with the immigration is usa

Given the fact that you've already been twice deported from the United States and also apparently been convicted of grand theft, I would have to conclude that the chances that you would now be granted a tourist visa to enter the United States again are very slim indeed.
