Your qualification for a I-212 waiver would depend on the circumstances surrounding your deportation.

You may qualify for a I-212 waiver for the consequences of the removal itself if you can present voluminous evidence establishing your good moral character, need for your services in the U.S., length of time in the U.S. vs abroad, family relationships, and extreme hardship to yourself and to your family in the U.S. (health, financial, education, or personal considerations).

Consideration will also be made for special cultural, language, religious and ethnic factors.
