It is possible unless she applies for a waiver of inadmissibility. For a free consultation, please contact my office at 904-371-3538 or email me at [email protected].

Unless she entered on C or D visa category, she may be able to adjust status within the U.S. upon marriage with a U.S. citizen. Additional information is here: www.h1b1.com/Uscitizen.htm

Since she entered the country with a visa, she should be able to apply for her green card through her marriage to you while staying in this country. You should speak to an immigration attorney to ensure that there are no grounds of inadmissibility that would prevent her from getting a green card or cause her to be deported.
