Divorce after approval of permanent resident

Hello,

Due to Irreconcilable differences, I've been wanting to divorce from my wife while she was in the process of removing her conditional status. Now that she recently been approved permanent resident, would it be easier now to file for divorce. This would be an uncontested divorce. Can I start the process right away. Thank you very much.

You can file the divorce now, and it shall not affect her premanent residence status.
