Divorce prior to greencard

I came to u.s. with k-1.later, I got conditional residence until January, 2008. My wife wants a divorce now.

What happens to my immigration status. Is there a waiver?

Yes, you may be elligible to apply for a waiver once you need to remove the conditions on your permanent residence (I-751 package).
