Divorcing a DV Lottery Winner
I got married a year before my husband got approved for permanant residence from the DV Lottery Program. It has been almost 2 years now that we both have the green cards. If I divorce him, do I keep the green card? If not,what can I do to preserve it?

Since you married your husband before he got the permanent residence, divorce shall not affect your green card.
