Hi, I am a Dreamer who has recently renewed my Work Authorization Card, can i apply for the AB 60 License without it affecting my case?

Yes; you don't need proof of lawful status to obtain a driver's license in CA. One is State law, the other if Federal. They should be completely independent of each other.
