Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I got dui in fall of 2005. Could that affect my applying for green card through the marriage?

You will need to get certified court documents to show to the USCIS, and it would be good to show that you have good moral character and do not have an alcohol abuse problem (letters from church, community, therapist, doctors are good examples). In general though, 1 DUI will not make you ineligible to obtain your green card. I'd be happy to assist you if you need help with your immigration case. You may email at [email protected].
