Re: E2 Getting a Green Card
You might be able to do EB-1 transfer of executive or manager. Many but not all E-2s qualify for this sort of green card.

This is in response to your question posted on the LawGuru.com website recently.
In order to effectively answer your question, I need further information regarding your specific situation. However, generally speaking, to obtain a green card with E-2 as your base, you will have to go through either the EB-5 Investor Visa category, or perhaps qualify as a Multinational manager-executive under EB-1, if applicable.
IF you have further questions, you may reach me via http://www.tannalaw.com website or send an email to [email protected] for a free initial consultation.

Re: E2 Getting a Green Card
You really should consult an Immigration Attorney, because there are many ways to get residency, some of which you may already have. This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation
Re: E2 Getting a Green Card
There are a few ways you may be able to get a green card. You can get it through marriage to a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident or through another immediate relative, or through an EB-2 or EB5 employment visa. You should be aware that you may have to maintain your temporary/non-immigrant status while your immigrant and green card applications is pending, depending on the type of application that is filed.
