Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
EAD verse H1B
I just get my EAD from my wife's professional green card application, while I am waiting for the H1B sponsored by the company I got an offer from. If I use the EAD to work for the company, can I stop it and turn to use the H1b when it get approved?

I think you should continue to use your EAD to maintain job flexibility. The H-1B will bind you to the sponsoring employer, while the EAD will provide you with the opportunity to work for multiple employers concurrently.
