Employee working with stolen idenity

One of my co-workers is working with a stolen identity and not filing taxes. My employer has been informed of the illegal employee but has done nothing about it.

And what do you want to do about it? This is not your issue, your employer can be fined by the immigration authorities and your co-worker can be put in removal proceedings and removed from the US. The immigration authorities can do nothing to you. If you feel like you need to do something, anyone is always free to contact US ICE.
