Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
One of employees hired someone(A) for March to June 1st., and then, submitted hired document in late June. A submitted the driver's license as List B doc for her I-9 in March. However the license was expired in early June. At the time of receiving her new hire document, her license was already expired. Should employer ask for the updated document in order to pay A?
