Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I entered the U.S when I was 3 months old by illegally crossing the border. I am not 18 yet so I have not activated any bars yet. My girlfriend wants me to be a citizen so she is willing to marry me so we may love together. No, that is not the only reason I would marry her and I stand by it. It would be out of love. So, would it be faster if she marries me in Mexico and from there petition me to go to legally immigrate, or should we get a fianc visa so I may travel legally and marry her here? I understand I would have to leave before 18 and a half. We want to know what is the fastest because we want do not want to be separated for long and so I can already attend a University since I certainly can attend and she can start her job. Basically, we want to start our lives already. Thank you.

You have other options. Feel free to contact my office for a consultation.
Since you have not accrued illegal presence yet, leaving before you accrue 180 days of illegal presence as of your 18th birthday is definitely what you should do if you ever want to be eligible for an immigrant visa.
At that point, your fiance could apply for a fiance visa, or you could get married in Mexico & apply for your immigrant visa at the U.S. Embassy.
The only issue I foresee is that you both are so young & it is difficult to prove bona fide marriage at your age. Also, your prospective spouse will certainly need a co-sponsor for the Affidavit of Support.
Please let me know if you have further questions or need assistance.
Good luck!
