Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
hi i just want to ask i entered in united states legally with visitors visa then i over stayed i work my employer petitioned me i got approve my labor certification about 2 years ago how can i adjust my status or would i be safe or immigration can deport me anytime what would i do to adjust my status?
