i envited my nephew to us,and he is living elligaly here.
does it affect my husband when applying or cityzenchip
and is he gonna have difficulty bringing hisparents to us

Your nephew's immigration status should not affect your husband's naturalization case as long as he wasn't the person who brought your nephew into the country illegally, or paid someone to do so.
As for your second question, if you are referring to your husband legally petitioning his own parents for U.S. legal permanent residence once he is naturalized, I cannot give you advice without knowing more about the case. But, generally, a U.S. citizen can petition his parents for a "greencard".
