Re: Establishing a dot com company
To be able to establish a company in the US as a nonimmigrant, you will need to be eligible for an E-visa or an L-1 visa. If you are eligible for the "green card," you may also establish a business in the US. Aside from the immigration services, I can provide you with business services also. Please give me a call at 415-834-1884 to discuss your case.
Re: Establishing a dot com company
I have helped out many dotcoms in the past. There are lots of things you need to consider. As to your visa status...since you do not have work authorization...there are ways to overcome that problem.
Please e-mail me directly in details..I can advise you better.
