Establishing a dot com company

I am a graduate student with F1 student visa. I`d like to establish a internet company that is going to provide customers with business opportunities.It is going to be a trade portal where demand and supply meet. I won`t prduce any products.I have my own registered domain name for that.Is is possible for me to start a business?If so, how does it cost?WHat are the requirements?

To be able to establish a company in the US as a nonimmigrant, you will need to be eligible for an E-visa or an L-1 visa. I have helped out many dotcoms in the past. There are lots of things you need to consider. As to your visa status...since you do not have work authorization...there are ways to overcome that problem.
