Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

expedite

Do you think, if I would go to CDJ will help to expediate my case? I'm having knee replacement on 4-28-09, my husband case has been refere since 8-08 this is what I read at the USCIS website.

If your case is at a local office at the time you need to make your emergency request, please go to the local office in person to make your request. Please be sure to take all supporting documentation with you.

Re: expedite

This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation.

Re: expedite

There is a way for lawyers to communicate with CDJ and if you don't have counsel in a situation that calls for the unusual, you definitely should. The CDJ consulate is the world's largest with much traffic and little attention paid to the unusual unless you know the system. They might be able to help you but what help you need exactly is not clear.

I would be happy to help you out if you contact me offline. Check me out at http://www.yardum-hunter.com or email me at [email protected].
