Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

F-1 Visa Students Apply for H-1B

Hi,

I'm a international student just graduated from a one year MBA program here. I'm looking for a job currently and want to know how can I apply for H-1B without company sponsorship, because most companies will not be willing to pay for the visa, but they might be able to sign the neccessary document for me. What can I do?

Thank you

H-1B beneficiaries must have an employer who sponsors them. This is not a type of visa that will allow you to apply without an employer. At times, employers are unwilling to pay for the fees associated with the filing of the H-1B. Regulations provide that employers are entirely responsible -- for at least some of the fees. Good luck!
