Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
family based citizenship
Hi,
I am presently living in US with my husband who is H-1B visa holder. My parents have recently become citizens & now they want to sponsor me. I would like to know if this, in anyway effect my husband's green card processing which is being done by his company.
thanks,

Re: family based citizenship
Hi,
Filing through your parents will not effect your husbands green card case through the company. In away this will be like a saftey net for the two of you in case something happenes with his case at work.
I would file the petition as soon as possible as it might take a while (5 years or so depending on what country you are from) to process such a case.
If you need assistance, I will be gald to help your family. My email is [email protected] phone 619 819 92 04.
