Family imigration

I was with my boyfriend for 5yrs we have 1child.he was deported when our child was 3yrs old.he was in the u.s.a sence he was 3yrs old he was deported at the age of 26.he only had a green card.i was left with no childsuport and no father for my little girl.just a calworks grant of $585 a mth and that has ran out.how can i get suport for my child.the gov.took my childs father from her and the suport that he gave us.with no regard for our family.what can i do. i dont no if it maters but im black and he is from elsalvador.

He needs to hire an attorney to see if he qualifies for any waivers.
