Family Petition

Does the USCIS review all my document or information since I become an immigrant until the time I become a Citizen when I submit my petition for my family to come to the US?

Re: Family Petition

No, It is highly unlikely that CIS would review your case fully at that time. You will submit proof of your U.S. citizenship when filing your petition for your family member(s) and they would rely on their prior judgment as to your status.

That doesn't mean that you have no trouble if there are irregularities that should not have existed in your case, such as not disclosing or falsifying critical information. If you wrongly received either your green card and/or citizenship, you are vulnerable forever. It's more likely such issues come up as a result of a disgruntled individual notifying the government or inconsistency in other persons' cases related to yours which the government later discovers.
