Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My fiance got released from Folsom Prison in Sacramento, Ca earlier today and I got a call from him stating they put an INS hold on him. He did serve a felony charge but it had nothing to do with voilence or drugs and he has had a green card since he was 12 but never actually became a US Citizen. What can I do so that they can put a stop to his INS hold?
