Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Should I fill and submit forms I 130 and I 485 if I want ot file a petition for my two sons? Ther are at this moment living outside USA. I am a naturalized citizen.
Can I get some information about this process?

Two separate I-130's (one for each child) are filed. The I-485 is not applicable since the children are not currently in the U.S: www.h1b1.com/sponsor.htm
