Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am currently filling the form I485, I 130, I765, I 693 and G325A. I am filing for adjustment of Status since I got married to an American Citizen. I want to know what Name should I put on each form, maiden or married? I am using my husband name but have not change it on any of my IDs. Thank you for your answer.
