Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

i want to fix papers for my boyfriend he is in mexico currently.hes been deported twice,fingerprinted,he has a crimanal case her in riverside ca,plus domestic ,pety theft with a felony.he has a deportation for 10 years.we have two small chrildren together,his name is onthe birth certificates.i have a pety theft conviction with no current conviction.

Your boyfriend cannot legally enter the United States without the permission of the Attorney General. Given his criminal history, permission for him to re-enter is highly unlikely.
