Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my friend was arrested for something he didnt do. charges were drop but police turn him over to immigration, they are trying to force him to sign his deportation forms by denying the basics as food or water. they are even gave him some food gone bad and dirty water. is that legal? it seems to me some form of torture. what can we do.

No one will believe you that the INS is giving him spoiled or no food and water,so no one will be able to help..
