GC for illegal husband

Husband came to USA illegally, been here for 11 yrs, I'm US citizen, got married 3 months ago, can he get Green Card without leaving USA?

Most likely, he will have to leave the United States for at least a few days to get his green card. He may be able to get it in the U.S. if he had certain petitions filed for him in the past.
