Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my girlfriend is on F 1 status and her visas is expiring soon. she want to marry me. i am permanent resident via asylum and it is been 2 years already.
how fast can my girlfriend get a green card if we marry and settle? USA
please advise

Unless you are a U.S. citizen, she will not qualify under the Immediate Relative category. Therefore, she will not be able to get her greencard right away, nor will she gain any type of legal status by marrying you at this point.
She should find a way to change to another non-immigrant visa status to be able to remain legally in the U.S. until you become a U.S. citizen.
