Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
My girlfriend has a J1 visa and she has the two years obligation in her visa. I Have a H1B visa and wplanning to apply to E2B. Is it possible to apply H4 visa for her or include her in the future within EB2 ? Is thre anyway to avoid the 2 years requirement?
