Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
my girlfriend has been raised in this country and has never been convicted of any crimes, recently she got pulled over for a tail light and the cop called immigration and got voluntary deported. i just want to know, in her case can she still tried to get legalized?

She may be able to come back to the U.S., but she will need to go to Ciudad Juarez for consular processing after a visa petition is filed on her behalf. If you need more information, please call our offices. We are located in downtown San Diego.

She's need a waiver of unlawful presence and that depends on having a spouse and/or child at least 21 who is a U.S. citizen and extreme hardship experience by that spouse and/or child if required to return to her home country or if the U.S. relatives had to move abroad to live with their relative.
