Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
I am a green card holder and had a DUI in october 2009. My probation is for 3 years. Is there any way shorten my probation period and file for citizenship.
Thanks

You will need to speak to a criminal defense attorney about getting your parole shortened. Before applying for citizenship, you should have a full consultation with an experienced immigration attorney. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please feel free to contact me.
