Green Card Holder working oversea
I am a green card holder working in Hong Kong right now. I travel back to USA once every 6 months and have been doing this for 2 years. In my last trip back to US, I was questioned by the officer and I am told that i need to provide evidence of my intention to make USA my home in my next trip back. I want to know what kind of document/evidence I should bring along with? I have W2, I file & pay tax every year, I maintain US address, banking account etc. My parent, sisters are all living in US and they are citizen. Do their status help? My intention is to return to US June next year and work in US. My job oversea is temp. I am working for a US corporation but i was given a local package.

You will eventually need to file for a semi-permanent worker visa (skilled worker).
