Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
green card interview
I am a US citizen applied for my wife for a green card. How long does it take to get the green card interview after I130 is filed and if everything goes well.

Re: green card interview
It really depends on many factors. You really should consult an Immigration Attorney, if in Southern California. Please send me an email with your contact information and we can discuss your particular facts.
Re: green card interview
Normally 6 to 10 months. Recently, we got an interview notice 4 months from the date of filing the I-130/I-485. Good luck!
Please contact our office for further discussion or email me at [email protected].

Re: green card interview
It depends on the jurisdication as local office ultimately controls even though everyone files in Chicago.
