The conditional aspect of the greencard lasts for 2 years in every state, not 3 years.
It is taking approximately 6-8 months for all states and I can help you with this process. Our fees are reasonable, you may contact me at 214-526-6688

The conditional status is for two years and it is the same in every state. However, in the interim, you get work authorization and a travel document.

I'm getting them in San Jose in 6 months. Just had an interview yesterday that i filed in November. and FYI, the wait for the conditional is only 2 years not 3.

All states are the same. You will need an attorney, we charge $750 plus filing fees for the marriage petition -- i.e., we are cheap on these.
