Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
Green Card - Panama - 1970's
If a person living in the US was born in Panama in 1953, in Panama City (NOT the Canal Zone) and neither parent was American - how could he get a Green Card at age 17 in 1970? Or is it possible that he just THINKS he is a LPR?

It's hard to say without more information. This sort of case is relatively rare and would require analysis based on a more thorough look at the facts.

This matter is complex and you should not try to do it yourself so you should get an attorney to discuss your options. If you are located in Southern California, you can email me your contact info, so we can discuss your particular situation. There is no charge for consultation.
