Green Card related matter

Hi

I need to apply for a green card through work. I am an independent contractor and my company agrees to give me all the related documents.

Please help me find an efficient and inexpensive Immigration lawyer.

I cannot afford very exorbitant fees for the lawyer.

First, an independent contractor cannot be sponsored, you must be a prospective employee; Second, what would be "very exorbitant fee" in your opinion?
