Green card requirements
I am 60 yrsfrom India.Visited USA nine times.I do not have BIRTH CERTIFICATE,MARRIAGE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE.
HOW I CAN APPLY FOR GREEN CARD THROUGH MY US CITIZEN DAUGHTER.ADVISE PROPERLY.

You need to get affidavit from family members regarding your birth certificate and marraige certificate.

To apply for permanent residence ("green card") through your daughter you need: your daughter's birth certificate, your daughter's proof of U.S. citizenship (birth certificate or naturalization certificate), your birth certificate, and your daughter's income taxes.
