Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Green Card Revoked

My boyfriend and father of our four children had been arrested in 1992 for possession and sales of drugs. He had spent 4 years in the State Penal system. He applied for and was granted his green card without admitting or notifying about his prison time for drugs. He has been abusive in the relationship and now I am separated from him. He has lied about an injury at work and now collects SDI for an alleged work injury and has been ordered by the courts to pay child support, which he hasn't I am presently collecting state aid. My question is, Is it possible for the INS to revoke his green card for any of the above allegations? Since I was in a 16 year relationship with this man I have proof of all that he has done.

Re: Green Card Revoked

Sure but you want to make sure you aren't incriminating yourself in the process.
